Thomas Flynn has being assisting home owners on Cape Cod since the late 80's.  We have achieved our initial goal and are now proudly serving many repeat customers as well as referrals from those customers.  Our customers look to us to get the job right the first time, for great quality and incredible service. We don't just treat the symptom, we fix the cause!

Our philosophy is a hybrid of old world approach to craftsmanship combined with the use of the most current building science and modern tools and technology where appropriate. We produce sustainable, low maintenance, durable buildings that are comfortable and economical and have a reduced impact on the environment. All of this can be accomplished while simultaneously sustaining the visual aesthetics of a typical New England home.

Thomas Flynn has spent many years working on both new construction and the repair and alterations of existing buildings. His experience repairing old buildings has lead him to become most educated on how to avoid problems. On a daily basis we see first hand how various building products and techniques perform over time and under severe weather conditions. The knowledge gained about how methods and materials hold up over time is invaluable.

During his years in the construction industry Thomas also owned a landscape company. During his time spent repairing buildings it became clear how improper use and placement of various plants, shrubs, trees, etc., results in damage to the building. Among these issues is improper sloping of grade and/or height of grade in relationship to the top of the foundation wall. Additionally, inadequate systems for handling roof water run off can result in major damage to buildings. We combine all this experience as well as the  Whole-House-Approach in creating High Performance Green Buildings.

We believe strongly in the use of renewable energy in new and existing homes and encourage the installation of solar photovoltaics and solar thermal systems. Call us today, 2009 incentives are amazing.
